Our claims team will remain available Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Eastern and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern. Claims can also be filed electronically through our Online Claims Portal. For the rest of our team, please communicate with them as you normally would via phone or email.
