2016 Strongsville Innovation Award

Recently, we were honored to be one of three Strongsville companies to be presented with our city’s 2016 Innovation Award. The Strongsville Innovation Award is presented annually to select companies that demonstrate continued growth, investment and innovation within the community.

Mike Daymut, City Councilman and Chair of the Strongsville Economic Development Committee, in association with Mayor Thomas Perciak, Armond Budish, Cuyahoga County Executive, and the city’s Director of Economic Development, Brent Painter, presented the award to NAE/NWAN at the city’s quarterly Business Network Breakfast. “

“The City of Strongsville is proud to recognize National Automotive Experts with the 2016 Strongsville Innovation Award.  NAE’s innovative business practices and continued growth have become a model within the Strongsville business community.  In addition, NAE has remained a consistent supporter of local charitable and civic activities with their employees truly enhancing the quality of life within the City.”

Megan Littlejohn Golf Outing

Megan Littlejohn Golf Outing 2

We were honored to participate as a lead sponsor in the 2016 Megan Littlejohn Foundation Golf Outing.

Proceeds from this event were used for the organization’s Parents’ Care Bags Project. These Care Bags provide the basics to families who are staying in the hospital with their child so they can remain at their child’s bedside without worrying about meeting their own basic needs.  Care Bags consist of a tote bag filled with toiletry items, tissues, lip balm, gum, hand sanitizer, and a notebook and pen. The nurses are able to provide these Care Bags to families in need. In addition, the funds were also to donate toys for the Child Life Department at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, and also for supplies for Art Therapists at Cornerstone Counseling Center.

2016 Spirit Week

The NAE/NWAN team is celebrating the 2016 CCH Walk & Run for the Kids with Spirit Week. Our associates showed off their NAE Pride in support of the Cleveland Christian Home. All of the proceeds donated from Spirit Week went directly to the Cleveland Christian Home. Check out the highlights from Spirit Week below:

Whether they studied in its hallowed halls or just love a Basketball / Football team, associates were encouraged to display their college pride!

No need to worry about an outfit today! Associates wore their favorite (work appropriate) pajamas and worked in comfort.

Associates spent the day dreaming of palm trees and the hula in their funkiest Hawaiian patterns!

Associates were encouraged to base their attire off of an episode of “What Not to Wear”. They came to work modeling their mismatched, out of style, clashing goodness!

In support of the Cleveland Christian Home’s 2016 Walk and Run for the Kids, the entire NAE/NWAN team wore their CCH Walk shirts.
