Our call center service levels are monitored on a daily basis to ensure the highest level of accuracy and the lowest possible hold times. Once approved, all claims are processed using a secure and responsive one-time-use credit card processing system. This process ensures that each call is handled as effectively and efficiently as possible.

If you are looking to file a claim, you can do so by following the instructions below or by utilizing our Online Claims system.

File a Claim by Phone

To file a claim by phone, please call our office at 1-800-810-8458. Please have the following information ready at time of call:

  1. Agreement number or VIN (vehicle identification number)
  2. Current vehicle odometer mileage
  3. Current phone number
  4. The complaint, cause of failure and corrective action

If you are a repair facility calling on behalf of a customer, please also have the cost of the repair, part numbers, part pricing and labor times available.

File a Claim by Fax

Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Eastern

To file a claim by fax, please fax the following information to 440-879-0532:

  1. Agreement number or VIN (vehicle identification number)
  2. Current vehicle odometer mileage
  3. Current phone number
  4. The complaint, cause of failure and corrective action

If you are a repair facility submitting a claim on behalf of a customer, please include the cost of the repair, part numbers, part pricing and labor times.

Process a Cancellation Quote:

To process a cancellation quote, you can call our office at 800-810-8458 or use our online cancellation system. You will need the following information from the customers’ agreement:

  1. Agreement holder’s first and last name
  2. Last eight digits of the VIN
  3. Agreement type
  4. Effective date of cancellation
  5. Current vehicle odometer reading
  6. Cancellation fee
  7. Deduction of claims paid
  8. Reason for cancellation
  9. Person requesting cancellation (i.e. customer, lender, etc.)
  10. Name of person requesting cancellation
